I am a Professor in the Photonics and Mathematical Optics Group of the Optics Center and the Physics Department, Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. My research interests are primarily in the propagation of classical fields, especially:

Arrow Laser beam shaping
Arrow Propagation of wave fields: Mathieu, Parabolic, and Ince-Gaussian beams
Arrow Laser resonators
Arrow Numerical methods of special functions
Arrow Quantum and classical billiards
Arrow Polarization optics
